To offer a harmonious development, Place La Seigneurie established construction guidelines that every homeowner must follow. All constructions in the development are subject to these guidelines that are meant to guarantee quality and homogeneity. The construction of your home can be by the builder of your choice, however all plans must be approved and respect the following guidelines:

• • For a 1 storey house, a minimum of 1400 square feet and a single garage.
  • For a 2 storey house, a minimum of 1600 square feet and a single garage.
  • The front elevation of the house must be brick, stone, wood or natural product.
